Call a Loan Consultant

You can request a free consultation prior to making an application for a mortgage loan. This option is useful especially if you are just considering purchasing, but want to understand your mortgage options prior to looking for a home. We can help you decide how much you want to spend monthly, how much you may need to have saved before buying, the price range you might want to shop in, and what types of loan programs you may need to help you meet those goals.

Note: If you have already signed a purchase contract and need to apply for a loan, do not delay. We recommend you contact an OceanTrust Mortgage loan consultant directly, or use our other online application methods.

Prequalification Steps

To get started, link to our secure Prequalification Form
Complete the Contact Info portion of the form. This will help our loan consultants so they can get back to you.
Complete as much of the remainder of the form as you can. Any information you provide will be kept confidential, and will help speed up the process.
An OceanTrust Mortgage loan consultant will review your information. If you authorized a credit check, we will also review your credit report. We will create a short list of likely loan programs based on your information. We will also estimate how much of a down payment you would need for the loan programs, and how much you may be able to borrow.
Your loan consultant will contact you to obtain any additional information needed to complete the prequalification.
The loan consultant will then arrange a time to review the prequalification with you. This can be done over the phone, or in person if you prefer.
The prequalification is a set of recommendations, and not a loan application. If you decide to pursue a loan application based on the initial consultation, the loan consultant will help you complete a loan application and additional documents.
